The invented payments company says merchants can accept stablecoins and receive ordinary currency in their bank accounts.

Example Pay said merchants in three markets can now accept two dollar-backed stablecoins at checkout. The company would convert those payments, so merchants wouldn’t need to hold crypto themselves.
The company hasn’t published its conversion fees. Customers would also still pay any network fees, and refunds on blockchain payments can work differently from refunds on cards.
