The Coin Dispatch Crypto, explained properly.

Fake Sample Exchange staff are calling

Customers report callers posing as support staff and asking them to move funds to a so-called safe wallet. A real exchange will not ask that.

What to do now

  1. Hang up. Don’t follow instructions from an incoming call.
  2. Sign in only through an address you typed yourself or the official app.
  3. Report the call to the exchange through its official help page.
  4. Never move funds to a wallet that someone else gives you.

Are you affected?

You may be a target if someone contacts you claiming to be from the exchange, even if they know details about your account.

Ignore messages offering a fix, a refund or a recovery service. Never share your seed phrase or private key.

Confirmed

  • The exchange warned customers about the calls.

Claimed

  • Customers say callers knew their names and recent activity.

Unknown

  • Whether customer data was exposed.
  • How many people lost money.

What happened

Customers began posting about the calls in late October. The exchange has said it is investigating and that its staff never ask customers to transfer funds for safety.
